How do I boot my computer from it? I don't think distributing an OS that relies on DirectX and the Windows executable is such a good idea, as if it relies on Windows it completely misses the point of being an OS. Have you considered writing an alternate desktop manager for X? That might better accomplish what you're trying to do.

Very good program. Being able to see the particle as you create it is a very useful feature. While the GUI looks unattractive, it's very intuitive and easy to learn.
