@ARTHAN: I definitely have the ability to make good games with GM, and I'm willing to learn other methods of coding, but I can't follow through. I've started so many games with the potential of being as good as this game, but at some point I either forget, give up, or think of something new before I finish, and then weeks, months, or even years later, I don't really feel like picking it up again.

pretty good. The only real problem I have is that it seems nearly impossible to hit an enemy. Or you just to give some notification when you do, like, turn the cursor red or something. Could use graphical improvement, but all in all, pretty nice

yes it's always strange when you can connect with a game, and it's one of your favorites, but when you really look at it, it isn't very different from other games. Super Metroid is easily in my top 10 games, but there really isn't any distinctive feature that makes it better than any other platformer. But this game, on the other hand, has action, story, emotion, secrets, and believable characters you can get connected with. There is only one flaw I can find in this game, and that is its length
