I'm gonna comment here 'cus its easier.
To make the computer to follow the ball, only vertically, you put "move torwards point"(top right of the move tab). For "X", put "X", and for y, put "ball.y", if you named your ball "ball". So, put "(your ball's name).y" And i cannot stress the period enough.
