Actually, what it does is gives you the ability to create a user account on a computer. You can even use the "Show Users" function to check the accounts on a computer. (Useful for checking if hackers made a backdoor to get into your system.) I had made this for personal use, but I decided that others could benefit from it. I could add more features if I ever needed hem.
