Chill out, chinifily, don't go calling anyone a noob for something he or she uploaded 2 years ago, before you were even a member, here.
And an engine can also be something a member is or was working on as base of a game. Publishing the executable only allows the creator control over who uses it too, which allows him to check if he's being credited properly.
