What I mean about the speed for your game is that it gets really slow when I use it. You could try raising the fps(aka room speed). Or if you have a lot of objects using step events, you should change that to an event that goes only on-cue, or eliminate it if it is not important. One example of one you would eliminate would be mouse-overs. They may make the game look nicer but they are not meant for game maker and can be very slow.
