I'm not sure why the first topic was deleted since team requests by themselves aren't against the rules. It's possible you posted it in the wrong section or broke a different rule. I never saw it so I have no idea.
About your team request topic, the second one was probably deleted because it was a duplicate. Once we've deleted or locked a topic, that's a statement that this kind of topic is not acceptable. The third topic would have been deleted because a new topic isn't the appropriate place to ask that kind of question. If you want to know why a mod action was taken, ask the mod who did it, or any mod if you don't know who it was.
