About that weapon topic - I'd say that it gives the player a sence of progression or improvement when given a new tool of destruction, or something like that. And it gives the game some more variety. I was looking forward of using that AK for example xD. But I do understand your point.

Great job! But I do see some problems here. First of all; this game is hard. Not hard in a good way, but in a weird way... The enemies sees you way too fast, and you have to be "quicker" to survive. I thought this was kind of a big problem. I also found the shooting to be rather boring since you only use two weapons. And on top of that, just one weapon at a time. It'd be great to see some more weaponry and improved AI. Over all, I give it a 4/5 C:

Bad news. I can't continue to build on this project I've been working for QUITE some time since the game file got corrupted... and the backup too somehow. FML :'D

You can glitch it by jumping onto a wall and then walk out from it and then in mid air walk into it again and there after jump. So i can get to the top of the map. Otherwise its pretty nice :)

I also understand your point. But you see, try to get in the skin of the main character. He is angry and vengeful to kill his arch enemy. Do you see him thinking: "Hmm, okay the enemy escaped to another country again! What cool weapon shall I use now?"
Perhaps that SMG he is using is his favourite weapon. You dont know. ;)
By the way, I was already expecting comments about the low weapon variety. :P

awesome update! keep working on Maddness. i did like the backround sounds too though.
