atip: DON'T DOWNLOAD RPG MAKER (it's bulky, complicated, it puts ALL of the game files in folders, and costs $60). There is only 1 good thing about RPG Maker: when you make a game, all of the files are outside of the executable & the game needs the files to play, so when you download the game, you have all of the sprites & music from it (and you can use them).

the game 'Pokemon Shadow Version' is an "RPG Maker" game (RPG Maker is a big, complicated, and inferior game making softeware that you must pay $60 for). And to play this, you need ALL of the game files put in the game folder ( which he probably has and is where he got the 'screenshots') AND have the correct RPG Maker version installed ( or at least have the '.dll' library files in the right directory).
