@Starrior, it's the dummy GM exe+dll to launch other EXE, unpatched launcher is launching encrypted game maker file. This way, Games can be encrypted and still run :)

About Vista/7 feature, I made the game executable fool the OS that it is an installer, really. In fact, ANY file called install.exe or setup.exe will fool Win7 about that :) This "Error" just contributes to the overall game experience.
