I throughly enjoyed this. Shmup is my favorite genre, and I'm a big fan of Valdis Story, so this was pretty much a big steaming lump of fan service for me. The mechanics are original and deep, and the game has a great sense of character. Excellent, just excellent.

Thanks for the kind comments guys. @makerManCan 3rd actually :P @Trollsplatterer The screen shown is the only level. I set out to make a precision platformer, the brutal difficulty is a symptom of that. However, I didn't wish to have "nasty surprise" moments, like Tower of Heaven and IWBTG, so that's largely why you can see everything from the start; there are no surprises, only skill. I wanted people to be able to beat it in one go (as seen on IndieGames.com) Thanks for the criticism!

This game has been updated. It now has Roket games online high score integration "Quick Start" tutorial Esc now ends game and I do believe I fixed the level 45 bug (I don't know because I could never get it to happen to me anyway) Enjoy!
