I happened to also REMAKE the classic game Spacewar!. Spacewar! was an awesome game, but I don't quite see many similarities when I compare your game and the original. Sure you have retro graphics and the Spacewar! movement, but it isn't the good old 1 VS 1 game where you just blast each other to oblivion. Another thing, the enemy ships always aim directly toward you; annoying, and when they get too close, they just sit there and do nothing. Good, but could be much better. Good luck!

All you can do is fly around a pixelated background with the somewhat annoying GM-Standard effects used as the particles. It caught my attention because of the name you gave it. Spacewars is already a game, made in 1962 and I happen to have made a version of it too. Your version doesn't even have the spacewars concept. This game needs much more work. Good luck!
