Not fair? You failed to follow the competition restrictions on many levels, so unless you get your act together and alter it to match the rules, you're not entering. Trollsplatterer's previous comment suggests you have an attitude problem, so I don't expect any rational reply, but whatever.

Don't insult me by suggesting that I would ban a member out of jealousy. If I would ban members who make better games or examples than I do, I'd have to ban many members.
Slayer 64 was banned by Sandy for a mistake he made quite some time ago, it had nothing to do with me.
If you use an example or an engine on this website, spend enough time on modifying the engine for you to be able to call the game yours. If you do that, I don't think slayer 64 will mind you using his example.
